“Give people more than they expect, and do it cheerfully.” Regardless of her position or industry, this has been Sue’s motto since the 70’s. After moving down from Seattle in 1994, she got her start in new construction homebuilding in Central Oregon in 1996. From that point on, she sold homes, modified floor plans, learned construction from permits to punch lists, and spent two years in lending for a mortgage broker. Sue has been a licensed Realtor with Coldwell Banker Morris Real Estate since January of 2005. Service to community is Sue’s avenue for networking. She has been a Volunteer in the Critical Care Unit of St. Charles Hospital since 1998, serves on the Auxiliary Board, and is a member of the Development Committee for Volunteers In Medicine – Clinic of the Cascades. She is active in Soroptimists International where professional women help others achieve self-sufficiency. Sue is also an associate member of Oregon Association of Mortgage Professionals to stay current on the lending side of Real Estate. From 1996 – 2000, she served as a Bend Chamber Ambassador. Sue’s clients will tell you she is easy to work with, professional and thorough. One thing is for certain: you will never feel pressured to make a decision with her. She will walk you through your hesitations and then let you decide your next step.
