I have been licensed with Coldwell Banker Morris Real Estate since January of 1989, and was first licensed in the State in 1971. I have many years of experience, which affords me a wealth of knowledge and understinding of the many details that are involved in a real estate transaction. My professionalism and ethical conduct encourages my clients to refer others to me as well as to conduct repeat business themselves.
My background and hands-on working knowledge of the ranching business has led the way to my specializing in farm and ranch properties. My years of effective marketing techniques have also introduced me to upper-end buyers and sellers of all types of property with whom I have closed many successful sales. My expertise ranges from million dollar executive homes, to ranches, to unique parcels of bare land. I have experience in all facets of residential real estate, and am able to competently represent buyers or sellers in any transaction.
Since joining Coldell Banker, I have consistently ranked among our top producers. In a company that carries at 25% market share with only 40 agents, this is no simple accomplishment. My average sale price in 1999 was in excess of $1,000,000, and I hold the record for the largest single sale my company has ever closed - $8.8 million dollars. I have won numerous awards and consistently rank in the top 2% of Coldwell Banker agents nationwide.
